The Company

Founded in january 2000, by the Electronic Engineer Artur Maia, Tanacas began its activity in a building located in Anchieta, North Area of Rio de Janeiro. Currently located in Tijuca, also a  northern zone of Rio, Tanacas keeps its products fabrication in the country, ensuring quality and the best attendance for our clients pre and post sale. We have clients all over Brazil and representatives in North, Southeast and South regions. 

In the beginning, the company had a goal, development of  Digital indicators. In constant technological update, nowadays Tanacas operates in four product lines: Front Panels Instruments, Back Panels Instruments, Countertop Products and , Bench Products and Monitoring and Recording Equipment for Cathodic Protection Systems, as well as  calibration services measurement for instruments.

Searching for continuous quality improvement, were made investments in last standard generations to help in calibration and quality control of equipment and acquisition of Qualitronic calibration services lab, with more than 20 years acting in the market. Therefore, the company, besides providing high quality products, makes available the supply option of the factory calibration certificate.

Tanacas still has a quality management system integrated to the management system of your calibration lab, guided by the ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 norm, with the scope of services accredited with Cgcre - General Coordination of Accreditation of Inmetro.
