Tanacas has its own calibration lab ensuring even more confidence in the measurements  made by our products and offering customers quality assurance for their own measurement instruments.

How it works?

The Qualitronic company, founded in 1994, today with the name of Qualitronic Serviços de Calibração started to work as a  Tanacas calibration lab and continues to perform calibration services for companies and people who need to use measurement instruments in their work.

Accredited x Traced

All the calibration services offered in Qualitronic lab are tracked by the brazilian calibration network - RBC. What does that mean? Means that all calibration certificates issued by the lab were generated through comparisons with standart instruments that have accredited calibration by RBC. Ensuring that the obtained data can be tracked and verified to international measurement standards, following carefully the  ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 form (standard general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).

In addition to services being tracked, the laboratory is registered with RBC and scope acreddited by CGCRE (Coordenação Geral de Acreditação do Inmetro).

But, what is the difference between Tracked Calibration and accredited calibration? The difference is that calibration,  with a certificate accredited by Cgcre, was made out through methods,processes and guarantees of traceability by the organ, that proved complience with the ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 norm for this service. So, the customer receives a calibration certificate with a quality seal.

The laboratory has a calibration scope accredited by the Cgcre in the quantities of Electricity, pressure and torque, under CAL0333 number.
