Description
Tanacas Potential Recorder (RPT) is the result of a research work by Tanacas, developed over the years with its customers on the needs of measuring voltage in the Cathodic Protection market. The study pointed out the need for equipment that could measure voltages in AC and DC, in addition to the high sampling rates required in the field. This equipment provides all of this, with simple, objective and easy to operate programming features through the keyboard in the Recorder box itself. In the chart, the technician can observe all the necessary information for the records made!
By Using the Tanacas Recorder, the technician will be able to synchronize several Recorders and even the Tanacas Interrupter model CST-2000, since all have GPS synchronization. This increases the possibilities of using the Recorders (and Interrupters), as if they were all a single product with several channels!
As the records are stored on an 8 Gb MicroSD card, the technician can make hundreds of records without worrying about the Recorder's lack of memory. These records are stored in file form, named sequentially, for easy transfer to the PC and, the technician can use the memory TXT file to plot an alternative graph in the Excel program, for example.
Applications
The Tanacas Potential Recorder is indicated for potential measurement tests and others, in Cathodic Protection Systems. It can be used in conjunction with the Tanacas GPS Synchronized Interrupter (model CST-2000) and also with the Tanacas Reference Electrode (model ERT-10VP).
